It was an amazing experience seeing how they make your own bespoke shoe from the initial measurements to the finished product. We’re off to spread the MFMB word in Australia!
We’ve been running the MyFaceMyBody Awards in the UK for a good few years now and they’re getting bigger every year, so we thought it was time to spread the word “downunder”, not least because I’m a Kiwi and desperate for some proper sunshine.
So, the inaugural MyFaceMyBody Australasia Awards will take place on November 28 2015 at The Hilton in Sydney.
Our prestigious awards are the only consumer awards dedicated to the aesthetics industry and recognise and reward brands and beauty practices for their product innovation, service and popularity.
Having successfully established themselves in London as the awards to win for aesthetic clinics, brands and practitioners we’re now going to give consumers a chance to vote for their favorite brands, products and services in Australia and New Zealand where the popularity of aesthetics and beauty is sky-rocketing.
What better excuse to spend some time in the southern hemisphere over their summer!
The glamourous awards event, sponsored by Syneron Candela Australia, together with Advanced Skin Technology, DHI Hair Clinics and Advanced Cosmeceuticals, and as with the UK Awards, I’ll be hosting, joined by leading health and beauty professionals, beauty brands, journalists, TV personalities and celebrities.
We’ve got some amazing judges on board too. They’ve been busy whittling down the entries to some top class finalists:

This week I’ve been back doing some modelling. It’s been a few months since I’ve stood in front of the camera, so it was great to get back in front of the camera! I’m still reeling from the success of this year’s MyFaceMyBody awards – we knew it was going to be the biggest yet – but what we didn’t expect was the gigantic reaction from consumers, the media and industry professionals. This year’s awards have exceeded all expectations – so thank you to everyone!
The latest record this year’s aesthetic awards have broken is for our TV show of the event. Sky Channel 254 aired the program on Sunday 16th November and we have been celebrating its success today! With over 20,000 consumers voting for their favourite aesthetic brand, clinic and experts we knew we had a popular awards but when we were told that the TV show beat the viewing figures of our previous years we were over-the-moon.
Having an awards for the aesthetic industry which is supported by consumers is very important to me. The people who use the products and services being able to tell the industry who they think are providing excellent services is how it should be – they are the real experts as to whether the treatments work. It also means so much more to the clinics and international aesthetics’ experts to know that they have been chosen by their customers not their colleagues.

It was an evening filled with the brightest celebrities and best experts from the international aesthetics industry – the MyfaceMyBody Awards were a huge success. While the newspapers and media (and myfacemybody.com) have all the news and pictures there’s nothing like actually being there. That’s why we filmed the event to be screened on Sky TV!
The MyFaceMyBody Awards 2014 will air on Sky 254 at 8.30pm on the 16th Nov. It’s really exciting for me to do this as it will give a national audience to the Awards and allow an international audience to view our industries most prestigious event!

The MyFaceMyBody Awards in my time to rub shoulders with celebrities from TV, Film and the entertainment industry. The aesthetic awards are a glamorous evening where we all scrub-up well and celebrate the best and brightest international aesthetic companies, experts and brands. 2014 was no different from previous years and had faces from the X-Factor, Eastenders, Thor, James Bond, Embrassing Bodies, TOWIE and even the hit US series Madmen!
